Brockton, MA 20252026 School Year Contract Position | Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered) Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with schools in Brockton, MA, currently seeking three full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across multiple locations. These roles offer a dynamic opportunity to work with a diverse student population and collaborate with experienced SLPAs and educational teams. Position Overview SLPs will provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support students in achieving communication goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Each position offers a unique caseload and collaboration model: Open Positions: #1 Elementary SLP (Full-Time): Working alongside a skilled SLPA #2 Elementary SLP (Full-Time): With some SLPA support #3 Split Role SLP (Full-Time): High School: Focus on evaluations Middle School: Manage ongoing caseload Schedule: Monday
Friday (Exact hours vary by position) Start Date: September 3, 2025 Pay Rate: Up to $75/hr Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development Collaborate with SLPAs, teachers, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in team meetings and student planning Qualifications: Active Massachusetts SLP license (SLP-CCC preferred) Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills District Requirements: School CORI Fingerprinting If you're passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and want to be part of a dedicated educational team, we'd love to hear from you!
