Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to join their client's team in Arizona. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and a background in healthcare or pharmacy settings. The role is initially onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with the potential to transition to a hybrid work model after a successful 120-day period. Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and manage account and case creation. Provide customer service support to assist with overflow from other teams. Update account information from Med Billers and other sources to ensure accuracy. Work collaboratively to solve problems and make informed decisions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations. Utilize professional-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications. Engage with patients and healthcare providers to ensure a positive experience. Assist with maintaining databases, preferably with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Handle additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong and accurate data entry skills. Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy or customer service role is preferred. Professional-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications. Experience in handling high-pressure situations with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to accept feedback and coaching. Experience with databases (CRM preferred) and understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry challenges. Required Work Hours

The position operates Monday through Friday with two available shifts: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM outside of daylight savings) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM outside of daylight savings) Benefits

The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The candidate will start onsite and, after successful completion of the initial 120-day period, may transition to a hybrid work schedule with three days working from home and two days in the office. The role is located onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a start date of 09/16. Candidates must be available to work the designated hours and meet the job's requirements.
