Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for a client in Arizona. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service to patients, medical professionals, and family members. The position will be based onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after 120 days of onsite work post-training. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, evaluating and prioritizing their needs, and triaging calls to appropriate resources. Maintain and explain Patient Services initiatives to customers as required. Enroll new customers into Patient Services. Record activities in the patient database and follow up to ensure services, such as product training and mailing of promotional materials, are secured. Coordinate with physician's offices, pharmacies, and other external entities to meet patient needs. Complete various special projects as required. Requirements Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service. Professional-level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Experience working in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, using excellent judgment and customer service skills. Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities. Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching. Experience with databases, preferably CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical industry environment. Work Hours

Monday - Friday with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM outside of daylight savings) or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (9:30 AM to 5:00 PM outside of daylight savings). Benefits

This position offers an hourly rate of $19.00 with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after 120 days of onsite work post-training. The role is temp-to-hire with the potential for growth within the company. Additional Details Location:
