About the Role We're seeking experienced and motivated
Customer Service Representatives II (MSR II)
to join a remote contact center team supporting a well-established financial institution. This is a
fully remote
opportunity for California residents only, offering long-term growth and a mission-driven work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
120+ inbound calls daily
related to account inquiries, loan support, and password resets. Navigate
multiple software platforms
while maintaining high service standards. Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to help customers meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up as needed. Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience
(financial services preferred but not required). Strong job tenure and reliability Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable in a
high-volume, fast-paced environment
. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Bilingual Spanish
candidates encouraged to apply (additional pay with assessment).
Training & Schedule
Training:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM for the first 30 days Post-training shifts:
Typically 9 AM-6 PM or 9:30 AM-6:45 PM. Saturday shifts required
; one weekday off will be assigned (not Monday). Strict attendance policy
: No time off during training; limited absences allowed after.
