Our client, a respected leader in fleet management solutions, is seeking a Client Support Specialist II to join their support team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the potential for long-term growth.

Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist II is a key member of the support organization, responsible for managing and executing client service requests with precision, speed, and professionalism. This role ensures timely resolution of client inquiries while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Request Management Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client service requests.

Address inquiries related to vehicle orders, deliveries, driver onboarding, licensing and titling, fuel cards, insurance verification, and related services.

Monitor and manage open tasks to ensure timely execution.

Service Delivery & Accuracy

Execute client tasks from initiation to completion with a focus on accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide proactive updates.

Adhere to quality control standards and escalate service barriers as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal departments including Licensing & Titling, Maintenance, Vehicle Acquisition, and Client Partnership Managers.

Ensure clear communication and smooth task handoffs between teams.

Documentation & Systems

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities.

Prepare and send professional client communications and documentation.

Ensure consistent logging in client management systems to support reporting and visibility.

Client Experience & Continuous Improvement

Represent our client's brand with professionalism and empathy.

Identify recurring service issues and suggest process improvements.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, operations, or administrative support.

Fleet or automotive industry experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or workflow platforms.

Ability to work a 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule.

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $25.00 per week
