Pay: $27$33/hour Schedule: MondayThursday (4-day workweek) About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Turret Operator to join our team in White Bear Lake. This setup-level role involves operating Strippet Turret machines, working with Fanuc controls, and handling a variety of sheet metal tasks. You'll be part of a precision-focused fabrication shop known for its clean environment, modern equipment, and commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities

Operate Strippet Turret machines and learn setup procedures Use Fanuc controls to set parameters and run programs Read and interpret blueprints using GD&T standards Load and unload sheet metal stacks into machines Grind and deburr sheet metal components What You Bring

2+ years of experience setting up parts on turret machines (any brand) Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work with thin gauge materials Experience with turret press, punch press, and sheet metal fabrication Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with precision machining and handling delicate materials Comfortable working independently and maintaining high standards of accuracy Why You'll Want to Work Here

Work in one of the cleanest and most well-equipped sheet metal shops in the area. Our facility is climate-controlled, organized, and outfitted with newer machines to support a wide range of custom fabrication projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
