Material Handler
As a Material Handler, you will be engaged in a range of activities including cycle counts, data entry, forklift operation, and saw operation. You will be expected to proficiently use computer systems and demonstrate efficiency in daily tasks. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, making it a top priority in all operations. Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts and ensure accurate data entry. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Handle materials with precision and care. Utilize computer systems for inventory and production tasks. Perform saw operations as required. Maintain a focus on safety at all times. Essential Skills
Proven experience in forklift operation. Warehouse Strong computer knowledge and math skills, including the ability to read measurements using a ruler. Experience in cycle counting and inventory control. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse and production setting, preferably in a metals or manufacturing-related facility. Why Work Here?

The position is based in a warehouse and production facility with high expectations for production numbers and efficiencies. The facility employs 150-160 full-time employees, and the dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the employer. Work shifts are structured as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
