Material Handler
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. This role involves performing cycle counts, data entry, forklift driving, and operating a saw. Safety is the top priority in this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be proficient with computer systems and maintaining efficiency. Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management. Operate saws and other equipment as needed. Utilize computer systems for tracking and managing materials. Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times. Essential Skills
Proficiency in forklift operation. Strong warehouse operations. Knowledge of material handling techniques. Basic computer skills and math reading skills, including the use of a ruler. Ability to conduct cycle counting. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and production experience in a metals or manufacturing-related facility. Why Work Here?

The position is based in a warehouse and production facility with high expectations for production numbers and efficiencies. The facility hosts 150-160 full-time employees. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE, which is provided. Shifts are available as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
