Part Time Medical Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client in the Albuquerque area with a Part Time Medical Service Rep position. This will be 100% onsite and a contract to hire position. This role will work

three shifts

throughout the week and they will be either a

swing or an overnight

shift and interested candidates must feel comfortable working independently during these shifts.

This position will be a liaison role providing support to providers and patients regarding important status updates that regard to proper treatment. This will be an inbound and outbound phone position. This role will require someone who can remain calm in a high-pressure environment, especially in urgent situations.

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years medical administrative/customer service experience

Must be proficient working within EMR software systems and Microsoft Office

Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required)

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication, especially phone etiquette

Strong ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in high pressure environments

Can work well independently and be productive with little to no management present

Tech savvy and can work well in multiple software systems

Able to critically think and be solutions-oriented

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
