Automotive Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading automotive company in Albuquerque, NM, who is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team onsite. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable automotive brand and grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $19/hr-$21/hr Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and in-person. Assist customers with service scheduling, product inquiries, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Uphold company standards for customer care and professionalism. Requirements: MUST have prior customer service experience in the automotive industry (dealership, service center, BDC, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Pay Details:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour
