Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Discrete Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support full-cycle implementations and enhancements of Oracle Manufacturing modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules. Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules including: Bill of Materials (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Cost Management Inventory Quality Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP – preferred but not mandatory) Manage integration points between Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. Prepare functional specifications for custom reports, extensions, and interfaces. Collaborate with technical teams to support development and unit testing. Facilitate system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training. Assist in data migration for manufacturing-related master and transactional data. Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization. Document process flows, configurations, and user guides. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant in Discrete Manufacturing. At least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing implementations. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing modules and their interdependencies. Hands-on experience with BOM, WIP, Inventory, Costing, and Quality modules. Familiarity with integration to Finance (AP, AR, GL), Procurement (PO), and Order Management (OM) modules. Proficiency in functional documentation (e.g., MD50, BR100, TE40). Experience with testing, data migration, and user training. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EBS Manufacturing certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain domain.
