Accounting Services Reconciliation Specialist
The Accounting Services Reconciliation Specialist supports the University's Small Purchase Charge Card (SPCC), Air Travel Charge Card, Individual Liability, Fuel Card programs, and travel operations. This role audits and approves card reconciliations, ensures compliance with university/state guidelines, serves as backup for program administration, assists in travel expense reporting, and provides outstanding customer support. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations. Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities. Professional communication skills with diverse university stakeholders. Customer-service mindset, responsive and helpful demeanor. Education, training and/or certification in accounting, business, finance or similar field. Experience in administrative or office operations, preferably in finance or university settings.
