is seeking a temporary Front Desk Receptionist for a company that produces fruit drinks in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. * This position is expected to last 1 month*

Requirements of a Front Desk Receptionist: Must pass background and drug screen Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule. Must have organizational skills. Prior experience in roles such as customer service, receptionist, office assistant, office clerk, and admin assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Managing and distributing mail and packages. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed. Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases. Preparing and organizing documents for meetings.
