MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT PACKING EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Packer for a racking and packing position
at a powder coating facility in the city of Santa Ana, CA.
Schedule: 5:30 AM- 2 PM. Monday through Friday. Must be available for overtime.
Requirements of a Packer (Racker Packer Masker):
Minimum 6 months of recent packing experience or equivalent. Must know how to count and pack metal parts Must be able to speak Spanish or be Bilingual Must pass E-Verify Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Production Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a Packer (Racker Packer Masker):
Carefully inspect parts for defects, scratches, or uneven coating before packaging. Complete packing slips, bills of lading, or other shipping documents accurately. Accurately count parts and sort them according to size, color, or specific job orders. Apply correct labels to boxes or containers, including part numbers, job numbers, and quantities. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Pack finished products for shipment Assist with unloading and organizing small parts as needed. We're also hiring for Warehouse, Forklift, General Labor, Production, and Manufacturing positions throughout Orange County!!
