LaSalle Network is hiring for an Interim Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead strategic growth initiatives within the medical device industry. Lead the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration Define and refine M&A strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and market trends in the medical device sector Source, evaluate, and build a pipeline of acquisition opportunities that meet strategic and financial criteria Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) to assess targets Manage due diligence with cross-functional teams and external advisors Negotiate favorable transaction terms and agreements Develop integration plans to capture synergies and ensure smooth transitions Build relationships with executives, board members, investors, and industry partners Interim Director Of Mergers & Acquisitions Requirements:
10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity Demonstrated success in closing and integrating complex transactions Advanced skills in valuation, modeling, and financial analysis Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred) Willingness to travel as needed Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $140-160/hour, depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
