Posted Monday, August 18, 2025 at 4:00 AM Senior Director, Analytics What We Need Corpay is currently seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Director, Analyticsto drive data-informed decision-making across our organization. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of advanced analytics solutions to inform marketing, product development, customer engagement, and business operations. You will report directly to the president, GM, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in risk, finance, operations, and IT to develop robust analytical frameworks and tools that improve acquisition, retention, and revenue performance. How We Work As a Senior Director, Analytics, you will be expected to work in an on-site environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the Brentwood, TN office Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Strategic Insight & Commercial Impact Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape marketing, product, and customer engagement strategies. Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions that drive cardholder acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value. Own forecasting models and scenario analysis to support growth and revenue initiatives. Data & Analytics Execution Lead the development of automated dashboards, self-serve analytics tools, and reporting infrastructure to democratize access to key business metrics. Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., churn, propensity, segmentation, CLV). Champion data governance and quality standards across analytics initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Risk, Finance, Operations, and IT to align on shared objectives, ensure data integrity, and develop unified views of performance. Serve as a thought partner to Product and Marketing teams, embedding analytics into experimentation and A/B testing. Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team with deep expertise in SQL, Python/R, BI tools, and statistical modeling. Cultivate a culture of curiosity, innovation, and accountability in data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Experience & Expertise 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consumer tech. Proven track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes (acquisition, retention, revenue). Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects in a matrixed organization. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical language (Python, R). Deep knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and marketing tech stack integrations (e.g., CDPs, CRM platforms). Soft Skills & Business Acumen Strong commercial intuition and ability to frame data insights in the context of business value. Excellent communication skills – able to influence executive stakeholders and explain complex analyses in simple terms. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively identifying areas for impact.
