. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who thrives on turning customer stories and community proof into market-winning narratives. This role will own how Nooks leverages customer voice, advocacy, and user-generated content to drive pipeline, win competitive deals, and lead our category.

You’ll work across marketing, sales, customer success, and community to make sure our happiest users are also our boldest champions. Their stories are fueling our brand, our growth, and their career growth.

What you’ll do Develop and execute a customer-led product marketing strategy that drives awareness, trust, and pipeline

Source, package, and promote user-generated content (UGC) from customers, SDRs, and our community

Create compelling case studies, ROI stories, and proof points for use across sales, SDR, and marketing channels

Partner with the community and events teams to turn meetups, webinars, and local gatherings into content assets

Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to ensure customer stories are woven into every stage of the buyer journey

Support referral and advocacy programs with content that makes it easy for customers to introduce Nooks to their peers

Maintain a library of competitive wins, customer quotes, and UGC assets for rapid use in campaigns and deals

Align all customer content with the Nooks brand voice and positioning to strengthen our category leadership

What you bring 4+ years in product marketing, customer marketing, or advocacy marketing in B2B SaaS

Experience building customer-led and UGC-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact

Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn raw customer input into high-impact, market-ready assets

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, SDR, CS, and community

Understanding of how to measure the ROI of advocacy, referral, and UGC programs

Creative mindset and a passion for amplifying customer voices in authentic, engaging ways

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees competitively relative to the market. In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000.
