What You Will Be Doing

Spearheading dynamic recruitment initiatives that captivate top-tier CS/ML students on elite campuses Cultivating meaningful relationships with students, academic staff, and university groups to establish a strong talent network Orchestrating a high-potential talent pipeline with both strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail Navigating between Austin headquarters and prestigious campuses (Stanford and MIT) to execute compelling events and nurture key relationships

Anchored to a desk in a conventional office environment Following predictable hours or routine work patterns Conducting impersonal recruitment campaigns from behind a screen without authentic student engagement

Talent Recruiter Key Responsibilities

Champion our talent acquisition mission by building and nurturing a pipeline of 100 exceptional CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through innovative campus engagement strategies, compelling events, and authentic relationship development that resonates with tomorrow's tech leaders.

Basic Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in university recruitment or admissions with demonstrated success in high-volume talent engagement Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding ambitious outreach targets and conversion metrics Impressive portfolio showcasing creative and successful recruitment events or marketing initiatives Proven capability in managing multifaceted projects with clear, measurable outcomes Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms for effective pipeline management Current Austin, TX resident or willingness to relocate Comfort with extensive travel (up to 75% during peak seasons from January-May and August-November)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
