The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience in Big Law and hands-on experience with Relativity (case management/document review software). These are the two core requirements for consideration. Location & Schedule Fully remote role, open to candidates across the U.S. Option to work in-office at Miami headquarters if local Full-time position Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Discretionary bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Ongoing training, continuing education, and mentorship opportunities Responsibilities Support complex litigation matters, with future exposure to class action and commercial litigation Utilize Relativity for case management and document review Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to support case strategy and client needs Maintain strong attention to detail and organization across all case-related tasks Qualifications & Requirements Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Minimum of 4 years of experience in Big Law (required) Proficiency with Relativity case management/document review software (required) Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting Highly organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach Key Attributes for Success Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Strong legal writing and research ability Proven collaborator and team player Please submit your resume to apply!
