Shipping
Prepare and package orders for domestic and international shipments. Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading. Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.). Ensure all shipments meet company and carrier packaging standards. Verify contents and accuracy of orders prior to shipment. Maintain shipping logs and update inventory or ERP systems. Track outgoing shipments, confirm delivery, and resolve any issues.
Receiving
Assist with unloading deliveries upon arrival. Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Document and report any damaged or missing items. Stock received inventory in designated storage locations.
