The Texas Instruments Human Resources team is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to execute a comprehensive range of HR deliverables aligned with our strategic goals. In this role, you will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, working with global business partners to support the business unit. You will provide both strategic and tactical HR support to employees and managers worldwide. Your responsibilities include applying strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels, working with employees, and partnering with functions such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation to implement people strategies and processes.
As an HR Business Partner supporting approximately 1000 employees globally, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, translating business objectives into resource plans considering experience, expertise, job levels, and employee groups.
Partnering in workforce planning and organizational design to optimize structure and resource distribution.
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations to execute strategies for hiring, development, retention, and engagement.
Managing the annual performance management and compensation review processes, and building a talent pipeline for high performance.
Handling employee relations within the organization.
Using data analytics to generate insights and develop strategies to enhance organizational capability, performance, and engagement.
