Your New Role: Bring your accounting expertise and collaborative leadership style to a mission-driven nonprofit as their next Finance Director. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting – from monthly close to annual audits – while managing a small, high-functioning team. You’ll lead policy development, streamline SOPs, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing meaningful financial insights and guidance. This role is ideal for someone who’s technically sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a hands-on environment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensure compliance with GAAP, and build financial systems that grow with the organization. This is a flexible hybrid position, with approximately one-third of the work performed remotely.
