As HR Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all functions of HR and ensuring compliance, partnering with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, refreshing compensation structures and providing mentorship to the HR team. In partnership with the CEO, you will serve as a change agent- supporting modernization and professionalization efforts, all while leading with compassion, integrity, and patience. An analytical people-person will thrive in this role, as you’ll be managing both strategic and tactical HR work.
