2 Hour Learning is on a rapid growth trajectory, preparing to unveil 25-30 new school campuses within a half-year. This involves overseeing buildings, budgets, systems, and regulatory approvals, all within tight deadlines. We’re seeking senior leaders to take charge of one of four pivotal areas: approvals, onboarding, or finance. This is your domain, with full responsibility and no red tape. It’s your mandate to construct the framework.

We’re not in search of advisors. We want former MBB+ consultants eager to transition from advising to executing. This role is crafted for those who excel in uncertainty yet demand mission clarity — those who transform blank slates into actionable plans and deliver results.

2 Hour Learning fuels Alpha, GT School, and other performance-focused K–12 institutions, founded on a daring concept: students can grasp a year’s worth of material in just two concentrated hours daily. The rest of the day is for passions, projects, and life. Our schools integrate real-time dashboards, adaptive curriculum, and skilled guides, offering children both structure and freedom to thrive.

Backed by private equity with secured funding, we have a directive to expand. The model is effective; now we’re swiftly developing infrastructure to match.

Apply if you’re ready to transition from PowerPoint to P&L. From hypothetical to tangible. From yes–but to hell yes.

What You Will Be Doing

Taking ownership of a specific domain in the national launch strategy: regulatory approvals, onboarding & systems, or financial operations Leading cross-functional projects with full decision authority and responsibility Creating playbooks from scratch and testing them under pressure Working closely with founders, functional heads, and campus teams to deliver infrastructure ready for launch Utilizing AI tools and automation to optimize operations and speed up processes

What You Won’t Be Doing

Acting as an advisor — this role is not about strategy Navigating through bureaucratic layers — you’ll have direct access to decision-makers Managing a single market or workstream — you’ll lead multiple initiatives across different regions Waiting for direction — you’ll be the one providing it Delegating difficult decisions — those are yours to tackle

Vice President Of Construction Key Responsibilities

Take charge of and deliver one key operational component of 2HL’s nationwide school launch — rapidly, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll be assigned to the pillar that suits you best, but the domain is yours to command.

Basic Requirements

We’re seeking candidates across various operational verticals. All roles demand speed, clarity, structured thinking, and an ability to execute with determination.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

At least 3 years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) A proven history of managing cross-functional operations in high-pressure, uncertain environments Expertise in one or more areas: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations A structured mindset with a strong bias towards execution — capable of moving from plan to action independently Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accelerate outcomes
