Job Order: HR Business Partner (5-Month Temporary Assignment)
Location:
San Ysidro, CA (Hybrid onsite 1 2 days per week minimum; may increase depending on workload. First two weeks fully onsite for orientation and training. Some travel to other SYH locations within San Diego County required.)
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Education Required:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on Employee Relations
- Prior experience using Dayforce HRIS or other HRIS systems preferred
Certification / License Preferred:
- Valid California Driver s License and proof of insurance
Language Requirement:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to draft reports
- Spanish proficiency preferred (speaking and writing)
Compensation:
- $37.05 $42.03 $47.80 per hour (commensurate with experience)
