Position:
HR Business Partner (5-Month Temp Assignment)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Hybrid role with rotating onsite requirements at the corporate office (minimum 1–2 days per week).
Travel to other SYH locations across San Diego County as needed for HR BP functions.
Workload may require being onsite daily depending on business needs.
Candidate must be onsite during the first two weeks for orientation and training.
Qualifications
Education (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
Experience (Required):
Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on Employee Relations. Prior experience using Dayforce HRIS or other HRIS systems preferred.
Certification/License (Preferred):
Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance.
Language Requirements:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to draft professional reports. Spanish speaking and writing strongly preferred.
