Our client is a top firm, seeking a litigation associate for its collaborative Intellectual Property team in the firm's Raleigh, NC office.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of IP litigation experience which includes patent and trade secret cases.
• Background in computer engineering, physics, electrical engineering, biomechanical or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication/client-facing skills; team-focused.
• North Carolina bar admission or ability to become admitted or to sit for the next bar exam.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
