NakedMD
- Optimize paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok , and emerging platforms
- Build and manage Email/SMS campaigns that increase retention and LTV
- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies to grow acquisition, conversion, and loyalty
- Partner with creative, operations, and development teams to design, test, and optimize landing pages and user journeys
- Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance, surfacing actionable insights
- Manage agency and platform partners on budgets, pacing, KPIs, and execution
- Lead A/B testing and growth experiments across ads, creative, and on-site experiences
- Work cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for scalable, sustainable growth
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing , ideally with experience in beauty, or aesthetics. Experience with brick and mortar a plus
- Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong background in Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
- Proven ability to build, test, and optimize landing pages (CRO experience required)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance creative
- Track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- A creative eye with the ability to brief and refine performance-driven content
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
