digital marketing , ideally with experience in beauty, or aesthetics. Experience with brick and mortar a plus Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and TikTok Strong background in
Email/SMS marketing
(Klaviyo or similar platforms) Proven ability to
build, test, and optimize landing pages
(CRO experience required) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
GA4, Excel, and other reporting tools Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance creative Track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI A creative eye with the ability to brief and refine performance-driven content Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment This is an opportunity to lead digital marketing for a rapidly expanding aesthetics brand.
