We are currently recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Clerk II on a temporary 6-month assignment.
What you will do in the position:

  • Order Picking Duties
    • Performs picking work to written policies and procedures
    • Utilizes colored bins to pick material according to mode of delivery
    • Utilizes an RF devise to fulfill sales orders
    • Picks, verifies quantity, bags, and labels sales orders
    • Puts away Finished Goods materials from Manufacturing
  • Shipping Duties
    • Trains to Shipping Clerk I roles and responsibilities
  • Inventory Support
    • Ensures quality and accuracy in work
    • Utilizes and maintains FIFO inventory control on Finished Goods material
    • Reports discrepancies to appropriate supervisor
    • Performs cycle counts without assistance
    • Replenishes Finished Goods picking materials as required
  • Work Area Maintenance
    • Maintains a safe and clean work area
    • Performs aisle/workstation maintenance
    • Participates in Lean initiatives
    • Inspects assigned aisles and corrects outstanding issues
    • Verifies assigned aisle location inventory via spot check and cycle counts
  • Administrative
    • Ability to manage time wisely
    • Maintains good attendance in accordance with company guidelines
    • Adheres to all Company health and safety policies and procedures
    • Work as a member of the team
    • Performs all other duties as assigned
What you will need to succeed:
  • Required
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams, Training software)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Basic math skills
    • Good time management and organization skills
    • Order Fulfillment experience
  • Preferred
    • AX Experience
    • Previous cycle count experience
  • Experience
    • 1 Year related experience
  • Education
    • High School Diploma - Required

The posted pay range, $16.50 to $21.59, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
