What Youll Do in Your First 612 Months
- Build and own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and technical roles across sales, growth, operations, and engineering orgs.
- Partner with Jon, Jeff, and hiring managers to define scorecards, structure loops, and close top-tier talent.
- Develop outbound sourcing strategies to consistently bring in high-signal candidatesbeyond LinkedIn.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer letter.
- Stand up a structured recruiting process that can scale with the companys growth.
- Help define and refine Assorts talent brand through tools, copy, and creative candidate engagement.
- 26 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-bar environments
- Full-cycle recruiting expertise, from scorecard creation and sourcing to offers and closing.
- Creative sourcing skills beyond LinkedIncomfortable using GitHub, forums, referrals, and new AI sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and candidate-facing instinctsyou can pitch the mission and build trust fast.
- Strong ownership mindsetyou move quickly, manage your own pipeline, and raise the bar every week.

Youre a Designer with strong instincts for brand and systems . You know how to craft experiences that are both elegant and effectiveacross web, product, and narrative surfaces. You move fast, sweat the details, and care deeply about how things feel, not just how they look.
Youll own design across Assortfrom marketing site to dashboards, call summaries, onboarding flows, and pitch decks. Youll build our first design system and evolve our brand identity, working closely with product, engineering, and GTM to bring clarity to every user touchpoint.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product and brand storytelling, and whos excited to work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market from day one.
What Youll Do
- Redesign and own our marketing site including homepage, product pages, and careers to reflect our next stage of growth.
- Build our first design system from scratch and scale it across app, web, and brand surfaces.
- Design new product experiences from the ground up like our patient call summaries and voice agent dashboards.
- Shape how Assort shows up: across decks, demo visuals, onboarding flows, and more.
- Partner with Product, Eng, and GTM to ship fast, test constantly, and improve with every release.
- 48 years of experience designing and shipping digital products ideally in B2B, SaaS, or GTM ops-heavy tools with both product UX and brand instinct.
- A portfolio that shows taste and results whether its a clean scheduling flow, a flexible design system, or a homepage that converts.
- Youve owned design systems and shipped features not just concepts. You think in components and scale across surfaces (dashboards, EMRs, slides).
- Proficiency with Figma, Webflow, Slides, and modern tools (AI plugins, Notion AI, etc.) to move quickly and iterate faster.
- You turn messy real-world workflows (scheduling, triage, call handling) into intuitive, focused UI.
- You thrive in scrappy early-stage teams where speed, clarity, and clean handoffs matter more than perfect specs.
- You can move between Marketing and Product, polish and velocity, critique and alignment without dropping your standards.
- Scope & Autonomy Own design end-to-end: product, brand, and everything in between. Youll report directly to the founders and define our design foundation from scratch.
