In this pivotal role, you will shape the leadership and strategic direction of our clinical enterprise, emphasizing clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient safety. You will champion physician engagement, nurture medical staff leaders, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient care and ethical practices. Your responsibilities will include overseeing key medical staff functions such as credentialing, privileging, and recruitment, while serving as a vital member of the Medical Board and Medical Executive Committee. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Medicine degree and preferably an advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or public health. A minimum of 10 years' post-graduate clinical experience with a strong emphasis on quality improvement, safety, and performance is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record as a physician leader, excel in communication and delegation, and uphold accountability.
