Overview We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a proven track record in leading complex migrations of claims and billing platforms, particularly within merger and acquisition (M&A) environments. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate high-pressure, high-impact projects with precision and confidence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end infrastructure migration of claims and billing platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage IT integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, including data center consolidation, network reconfiguration, and system harmonization. Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure engineers, application developers, business analysts, and external vendors. Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, system downtime, and security during migration and integration phases. Communicate project status clearly and effectively to executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Ensure post-migration stability, performance optimization, and documentation of all infrastructure changes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management. Demonstrated success in migrating claims and billing platforms (e.g., healthcare, insurance, or financial services). 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure transitions in M&A scenarios, including legacy system integration and cloud/hybrid migrations. Strong understanding of network architecture, data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and enterprise security protocols. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
