Job Description
• Lead and manage M&A-focused IT projects (approx. 80% of workload), including integration and separation initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure-related projects (approx. 20%), such as network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center transitions.
• Conduct IT due diligence and develop integration/separation plans in collaboration with deal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT deliverables with business goals.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and retire redundant technologies, ensuring streamlined and cost-effective IT environments.
• Ensure compliance and security throughout all phases of M&A and infrastructure projects.
This role can pay up to $35-39 hourly depending on experience level.

Skills and Requirements
• 3–5 years of IT Project Management experience
• Proven ability to manage projects using Waterfall
• Experience conducting IT due diligence for acquisitions/divestitures (infrastructure, applications, and security assessments).
• Background in infrastructure integration: WAN/LAN consolidation, cloud migration, telecom, and data center transitions.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and custom application planning during M&A.
• Skilled in data migration and harmonization, ensuring secure and compliant transfers across entities.
• Proficient in budget and resource management, aligning IT spend with deal value and forecasting costs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory compliance during transitional phases of M&A. • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster.
• Experience with international M&A transactions and global IT integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern enterprise architectures.
• Background in IT service management (ITIL) or enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Exposure to post-merger optimization and synergy realization strategies. null
