Your responsibilities will include receiving and preparing produce, maintaining displays, and providing exceptional customer service. With your dedication, you'll help create a positive shopping experience while adhering to our standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, organized, and appealing displays by regularly checking product freshness and rotating stock. Assist in showcasing seasonal and high-volume items effectively. Monitor product spoilage and communicate necessary adjustments to team leaders. Complete required inventory checks and other worksheets to maintain quality. Arrive on time and ready to work, dressed appropriately and prepared for your shifts. Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer needs and using suggestive selling techniques. Maximize sales by following proper procedures for preparing, stocking, and merchandising products. Adhere to all established health and safety guidelines and clean working environments. Perform opening, mid, and closing duties accurately, ensuring proper signage and pricing. Report any hazards or safety violations immediately. Execute other tasks as assigned by store leadership. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Ability to work in wet or dry conditions. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
