Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, order enter ERP system (Steel Head) and document preparation. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events.
Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Office Management:
Maintain an organized and clean office environment, manage office supplies, and restock as needed. Operate and troubleshoot common office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Team Collaboration:
Support various departments and team members with clerical tasks and special projects as assigned. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Record Keeping : Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure all documents are easily accessible and secure.
Production Support :
Place order and keep purchase order records up to date. Print reports, schedules Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
