Adecco is currently assisting our client in Ontario, Ca hire a Bilingual- Spanish Customer Service Representative for their call center. This is a great opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule. This is a temp-to- hire job Opportunity, if you are interested and meet the qualifications below apply today!

Job Types: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30pm Monday- Friday

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (call center preferred)

Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Opportunity for domestic and international travel Great benefits Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
