What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan for the multi-site ERP deployment, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful project execution - Manage all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, data migration, and user training - Collaborate with plant operations teams to address site-specific requirements and challenges - Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred) - 10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on ERP implementations - Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Experience with JDE ERP systems is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Master's degree in a relevant field - Experience leading ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to travel to multiple plant locations
