What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Monitor projects across Tier 1 clients, providing insights and direction to internal teams - Develop and update project plans, resolve conflicts, and track progress of multiple concurrent projects - Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Implementations, Business, and Senior Management teams - Interface with clients and internal resources to manage expectations and deliverables - Assess risks to project timelines and budgets, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience - 5+ years of progressive project management experience - Experience in client implementations/conversions - Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills - Proficient in MS Project or similar Project Management tools, with knowledge of Agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams - Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows - Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
