Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. You will ensure three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to accurately fulfill vendor obligations while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day full-cycle accounts payable transactions. Ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Research billing and matching discrepancies. Ensure proper discounts are applied. Verify transactions comply with accounting policies and procedures. Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries. Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files. Assist in monthly closings. Essential Skills
Experience in accounts payable Proficiency in invoice processing Expertise in three-way matching Knowledge of purchase orders Skills in reconciliation Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with full cycle AP Ability to manage vendor statements Proficiency in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Understanding of EDI Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
