Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to join our production facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. With two openings available, you can choose between the swing shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm or the grave shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our mechanical systems to ensure seamless production. Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration. Analyze test results, machine error messages, and operator information to diagnose equipment problems. Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions using voltmeters and other testing devices. Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. Reassemble equipment after inspections, testing, or repairs. Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical and controls malfunctions, including 3-phase motor replacements, photo eye adjustments, servos, machine timing, and circuit replacements. Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment. Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators. Record parts and materials used, and order or requisition new parts and materials as necessary. Perform other tasks and special assignments as requested by management. Essential Skills
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills 3+ years of experience in a relevant field or technical schooling Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
