Toyota's Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Financial Analyst to support our Service Parts & Accessories operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the analysis, reporting, and forecasting of Parts & Accessories costs, including creation of executive reporting, leading forecast reviews, and providing business-case support. Reporting to the Finance Manager for Parts and Accessories, the person in this role will collaborate across multiple departments and corporate teams to support annual and multi-year profit & operating objectives. What you'll be doing: Lead the analysis and reporting of the Parts & Accessories cost forecast (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end close) Communicate and coordinate forecast process with Budget Coordinators to ensure cost targets are met, including preparation of forecast templates and forecast review materials Develop solid understanding of forecast cost drivers and research forecast variances Challenge operational assumptions and evaluate impact to cost and profitability Prepare executive level reporting that highlights operational drivers and variances to targets Leverage new technologies to improve forecast efficiency and cost analysis capabilities and support ad-hoc analysis and special projects What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and/or related discipline Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills Excellent analytic, presentation, interpersonal, communication and organization skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detailed, and deadline-driven environment Ability to use business tools to effectively analyze large datasets Demonstrated ability to prepare effective presentations, influence behaviors, & drive improvements Added bonus if you have: Experience with SAP/PeopleSoft and related forecasting tools (BPC/Hyperion) Experience with analytical tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) MBA / CMA / CPA Automotive industry experience What we'll bring: A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement Vehicle purchase & lease programs Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family Flextime and virtual work options (if applicable) Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute Paid holidays and paid time off Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools and more Flexible spending accounts Relocation assistance (if applicable) Our success begins and ends with our people.
