Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to graduate students in the Speech-Language Pathology program during on-campus practica. This role involves overseeing clinical service delivery, supporting student learning, and ensuring practices are evidence-based and aligned with university and ASHA standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor graduate students during diagnostic and therapy sessions. Provide direct clinical services as needed. Monitor clinical documentation and adherence to clinic policies and professional standards. Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support clinical education goals. Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA. NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility). Minimum 5 years of clinical experience. Preferred: Experience with diverse client populations across the lifespan. Familiarity with university clinic settings and ASHA certification standards.
