General Operator
Join our team as a General Operator, where you will engage in a range of activities throughout the year to support our agricultural operations. This role involves working closely with the harvest, conditioning, and packaging teams to ensure the highest quality of seed production and distribution. Responsibilities
Receive and process trucks hauling crops for weighing and unloading. Conduct various harvest activities, including husk and sort operations. Operate dryers to maintain crop safety, quality, and financial standards. Shell and store crops from bins in the dryer facility. Supply the conditioning department with a consistent seed supply. Apply appropriate treatments to seeds. Label, tag, bag, and palletize seeds. Enter inventory information into the computer system. Stage seeds for shipment in the warehouse. Retag and re-bag in-house and returned seeds. Inspect and wash pro boxes to ensure cleanliness. Essential Skills
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds. Capable of performing repetitive tasks. Able to sit and stand for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs as needed. Proficiency in differentiating and seeing colors. Fluent in English for reading and speaking. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience is preferred. Steel-toed shoes required. Must not be colorblind. No educational requirements. Smoking and tobacco use are strictly prohibited on-site. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
