Monday - Friday between 7:00am & 7:30pm Specialty: Gastroenterology Primary Responsibilities

Prepares exam rooms by disinfecting, stocking, and verifying appropriate medications are available Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous and prompt manner Assists and accompanies patients to exam rooms Interviews patients and records information into the medical record Measures, collects, and records patient vital signs Performs basic lab testing and other approved tests Displays proficient phlebotomy practices Assists in examination and treatment of patients under clinician direction Places follow-up phone calls to patients Performs other duties as required Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications

HS Diploma or Equivalent 6+ months of experience working as a Medical Assistant performing front and clinical back-office duties Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of phlebotomy experience and/or an active phlebotomy certification Experience in a pediatric or GI setting Knowledge of prescriptions authorizations Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
