General Office Assistant Needed for University Office Move
Exciting short-term opportunity: General Office Assistant needed for university office move! Join a well-regarded university in West LA as a General Office Assistant and make an immediate impact! From August 25th to September 26th, you'll lend a hand to the Campus Services Department during an important office move. What You'll Do: Assist with organizing and cataloging boxes, files, and office essentials. Lift and transport boxes (weighing up to 30 lbs). Collaborate and communicate professionally with faculty and staff. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a positive, can-do attitude. If you enjoy tackling organizational projects and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is perfect for you! Key Details: Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible hours available). Pay: Up to $20/hour.
