As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Services department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
Collaborate with Service Integration and Management consultants to implement Service Management practices. Leverage IT Service Management and other IT practices to optimize and transform IT organizations using the ServiceNow platform. Assist ServiceNow System Administrators and Business Analysts with incident resolution as needed. Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services. Mentor and guide ServiceNow System Administrators in best practices. What's Needed?
Experience in advanced administering the Now Platform. Knowledge of Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with a remote team via phone and email. What's in it for me?
