Enterprise Data Office Business Execution Senior Lead Analyst (Senior Vice President) - Hybrid
role is critical for driving end-to-end accountability in the delivery of V.2.b.ii and V.2.b.iii Consent Order commitments (Staffing, Skills & Talent, and Financial Adequacy) under the Data Program. This role will lead the execution of the firm's Data Governance Plan including the development of a comprehensive workforce strategy to ensure the appropriate skill sets, staffing levels and retention of talent. The position is essential to identifying and closing capability gaps across the organization, ensuring alignment with Consent Order milestones and regulatory commitments. The role will lead cross functional coordination with senior stakeholders across Internal Audit (IA), Quality Audit (QA), Finance, Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM), among others. Due to the enterprise-wide impact, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the Bank's long term data governance strategy and organizational readiness. Responsibilities
Responsible for providing direct support to the owner of Consent Order Commitments under the Data Program Article V (owner of romanette V.2.b.ii and V.2.b.iii). Ensuring staffing, skills adequacy and financial adequacy to support the delivery of the Data Plan. Support for these regulatory commitments requires close partnership with the delegates for the senior Data Leads to provide reliable and timely reporting and analysis that support metrics performance and process controls to evidence successful delivery. Prepare materials used for updates for the Data Governance Program forums and regulatory responses. Project manage and document the Data Program Commitments (e.g. status updates, writing closure documents and collating artifacts to evidence completion of the deliverables) including coordination with Data Leads' teams within each of the Businesses/Functions/Regions. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications
Strong ability to synthesize complex data, regulatory requirements and operational readiness into a clear story Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including preparing materials for regulators, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Proven track record of running large-scale, regulatory driven programs with strict deadlines 10+ years of relevant experience (project management and reporting/analysis type activities) 8+ years within financial organization 8+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders 8+ years of experience with metrics reporting 8+ years of experience working with senior leaders Strong organizational and communication skills are key Self-motivated and strong ability to work independently with proactive, resourceful tendencies Ability to work under tight deadlines and unexpected requirement changes as needed Knowledge of technology a plus Influencing skills is a plus Education
