Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and labeling products accurately to ensure timely and secure delivery to customers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect and pack products according to order specificationsInspect items for damage or defects before packingBuild boxes, crates, or pallets and package items securely to prevent damage during transitLabel packages with correct shipping and handling informationMaintain accurate records of packed ordersKeep the packing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsAssist with loading and unloading shipments when necessaryCollaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production goalsFollow all company policies and OSHA safety regulationsQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse or packing experience is an advantage but not always requiredBasic math and reading skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable operating warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required)Good communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, and weekends when needed.
