About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-minded Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in the accurate movement, storage, and processing of materials to ensure our customer commitments are met efficiently and with care. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, stage, and ship materials according to customer and operational requirements
Accurately document inventory movement, manage storage locations, and complete cycle counts
Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
Use scanners and warehouse management software to record transactions and track materials
Perform quality inspections and report any concerns related to product, safety, or security
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards
Participate in daily housekeeping, safety checks, and compliance procedures (DOT, OSHA, ISO standards)
Support continuous improvement through accurate data handling and process discipline
Attend required training and development programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification strongly preferred
Ability to operate scanning and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., stand and walk throughout the shift
Willingness to work in varying temperatures and seasonal conditions (indoor/outdoor)
Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
